Unregistered - £175 each
Registered and Monitored to Completion at the Office of The Public Guardian ( OPG ) - £275. This does not include the OPG registration feeof £120 per document. However we will advise you if you are eligible for a discount or exemption

However, usually both partners have to be alive for an advanced Will to be effectively written.Remember also that, to write your own Will or Lasting Power of Attorney, you must have testamentary capacity. If this is lost through old age, illness or accident then it is too late.
